Bhavyam offers astrology and other spiritual tools for guidance and reflection. You must be 13 or older to use it (18 or older for a few adult features). Paid features use wallet credits or a subscription; credits are not refundable except as our Refund Policy says.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of Bhavyam, who operates the app from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India (phone +91 84569 23279, email contact@bhavyamapp.com). By using Bhavyam you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use Bhavyam
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and make any payment, because a minor cannot enter into a binding contract under Indian law. A few features are only for adults aged 18 or older: Marriage Biodata (marriage biodata), the Future Spouse portrait, Dreams for Two and any reading about sexual or married life. The app asks you to confirm your age before opening them.
What Bhavyam offers
Bhavyam calculates Vedic astrology charts, Panchang, numerology and related results, and offers tarot, dream interpretation, palmistry, vastu, remedies and AI-written explanations and answers.
Everything in Bhavyam is guidance for reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no result is guaranteed. Please read our Disclaimer.
Your account
- You need a free Bhavyam account to use the app: continue with Google, or with an email and password.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Enter birth details as accurately as you can, results depend on them.
- Add another person’s details or palm photo only with their permission.
Wallet and credits
- 1 credit = ₹1. The price of a paid feature is shown before you confirm it.
- Credits have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or exchanged for money.
- Credits belong to your account. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are lost.
- Credits are added in packs of ₹100, ₹250, ₹500 or ₹1,000 bought through Google Play. Prices may change; the price shown when you confirm is the one that applies.
- Credits and paid features are covered by our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
- Plans: Plus ₹199 a month or ₹1,999 a year; Pro ₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year. The price shown in Google Play when you subscribe is the one that applies.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (UPI Autopay, cards and the other methods Google Play offers) and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); a plan started earlier with Razorpay autopay is cancelled in the app, from your plan page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- A plan can also be bought once with wallet credits; it does not renew.
- There are no refunds for partial periods or unused time.
Payments
Purchases inside the app are processed by Google Play Billing, whose own terms also apply. Payments made outside the app (for example on our website, where offered) are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
AI-written content
Some readings and answers are written by AI (Google Gemini) from Bhavyam’s calculations. AI can be incomplete or wrong; do not rely on it for important decisions.
Remedies
Remedies (gemstones, mantras, rituals, fasting, donations and similar) are traditional practices, offered as optional suggestions. They are never a cure or treatment for any disease or condition, and we make no such claim, in line with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
Fair use
- Do not use Bhavyam for anything unlawful, abusive, hateful or harmful.
- Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the app or its servers.
- Do not try to get paid features without paying, or misuse refunds or the welcome gift.
- Do not resell access to Bhavyam.
Ownership
The app, its design, text, calculations and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use. What you enter stays yours; you allow us to process it to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using Bhavyam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service, and tell you why where we can.
Limitation of liability
Bhavyam is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the feature or purchase concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. We will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
