In short

You can delete your Bhavyam account and all of its data from inside the app, at any time. If you can’t open the app, email us from your account’s email address and we’ll do it for you.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Bhavyam and tap You.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and data and confirm.

Any autopay is cancelled first. A subscription bought through Google Play must also be cancelled in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or it will keep renewing.

Delete by email

Write to contact@bhavyamapp.com from the email address of your Bhavyam account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in and account
  • All birth profiles, including people you added
  • Readings, reports, journals and conversations
  • Shared cards and links (Friends and Family Today, Friendship Match, Marriage Biodata and similar)
  • Remaining wallet credits (these are not refunded)

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment and credit transaction records (amounts, dates and the account ID, no birth details), for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
  • A short record of the account ID with a store purchase reference or a scrambled phone code, so the same purchase or welcome gift cannot be claimed twice. It contains no birth details, questions or readings.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can remove single items from inside the app at any time, without deleting your account:

  • A person you added: open Manage profiles and delete that profile.
  • A dream: open it in your dream journal and tap Delete.
  • Your Marriage Biodata or its photo: open the card and delete it, or turn the photo off.
  • Someone in Friends and Family Today: open it and choose Remove or Block.

To remove anything else, such as past readings or questions, write to contact@bhavyamapp.com from the email address of your Bhavyam account and tell us what to delete. We will confirm by email within 30 days.
