Credits you add are not refundable, and a paid feature, once used, is final. Two exceptions: if our system fails to deliver a paid feature, its credits return to your wallet automatically; and if Google refunds a Google Play purchase, the credits from it are taken back.
Wallet credits
Once credits are added to your wallet they are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. Please check the amount before you pay.
Paid features are final
The price of every paid feature is shown before you confirm it. Once a paid feature has been used (a reading made, a question answered, a report bought) the charge is final. Astrology and other readings are interpretations, so disagreeing with a reading is not a reason for a refund.
When our system fails
If our system fails to deliver a paid feature (for example a server error, or a palm photo that cannot be read) the credits for that attempt are returned to your wallet automatically, usually at once. You can see this in Wallet activity.
If credits were taken, nothing was delivered and they did not come back, email contact@bhavyamapp.com within 30 days with the date and what happened. If the failure was on our side, we will return the credits.
Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play’s refund policies, and you can ask Google for a refund. If Google refunds a purchase, the credits or access that came with it are taken back from your account.
Razorpay payments
For payments made through Razorpay outside the app: if money left your account but no credits arrived, the payment is either confirmed and the credits added, or reversed by Razorpay or your bank under their timelines (usually 5–7 working days). If it is not resolved, email us with the payment ID.
If a Razorpay payment is refunded or reversed (for example a chargeback), the credits or plan it bought are taken back. If those credits were already spent, your wallet shows the amount owed and paid features stay paused until it is cleared.
Subscriptions
- Plans: Plus ₹199 a month or ₹1,999 a year; Pro ₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play (a plan started earlier with Razorpay autopay: in the app). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- There are no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time. Google’s own refunds are handled as described above.
Deleting your account
When you delete your account, any remaining credits are deleted with it and are not refunded.
